Polo in Porto Montenegro

The annual polo tournament Polo in the Port took place on the territory of the Porto Montenegro marina from August 11th to August 13th. The competition involving leading professional players from four teams was held at the Porto Montenegro arena. Visitors of the event and local residents enjoyed watching the royal sports competitions with cocktails against the backdrop of sea and mountain landscapes. Azimut Yachts has traditionally become one of the sponsors of the event, designed to combine world-class sports and leisure with family and friends.

On August 11th, the tournament opened with a horse parade passing through the cental street of Porto Montenegro and a gala reception at the Regent Hotel. On Friday afternoon, the first matches and a cocktail party at the Buddha Bar were held, while the final games and the awards ceremony took place on August 13th.
