About the Yacht Magellano 27M
Magellano 27M continues the long-range cruising philosophy of the Magellano series, combining the spirit of exploration with the elegance of life at sea. The exterior was designed by Finnish designer Jarkko Jämsén, while the interiors became the first yacht project by AMDL CIRCLE and Michele De Lucchi.
The exterior is built on a combination of right angles and precise geometry with complex curved shapes. The surfaces of the hull and superstructure reflect the sea, sky, and light.
On the main deck there is a large glazed loggia over the sea, finished with wooden architectural elements. Light wood is used on walls, ceilings, and furniture, while metal is used in selected finishing elements.
The Dual Mode hull is a fast displacement type designed for long passages. Two engines with a total power of 2,800 or 3,300 hp allow a maximum speed of up to 21–24 knots, with a cruising speed of 16–18 knots respectively.
On board there are 5 cabins for 10 guests and 2 cabins for 3 crew members. Underway, the Magellano 27M remains a serious boat for long routes, while at anchor it turns into a refined architectural space.
